Audit readiness and end-to-end coordination with licensed auditors — so your annual audit is met on time, with MHBC as your single point of contact.

Many UAE entities are required to prepare audited financial statements. Most free zones require audited accounts for licence renewal, mainland companies must maintain them under the Commercial Companies Law, and the Corporate Tax Law requires audited financial statements where revenue exceeds AED 50 million in a tax period and for Qualifying Free Zone Persons. The audit itself must be carried out by an auditor licensed by the Ministry of Economy and approved by the relevant authority.

Preparation of the financial statements, schedules and supporting documents an auditor will request, so the audit runs without delay.

We appoint and coordinate a licensed auditor, manage the flow of information, and see the audit through to a signed opinion.

Review of controls and records ahead of the statutory audit, surfacing issues while there is still time to address them.
